Acrylic Resin Powder

The DIANAL LP-series is an acrylic resin powder for plastisols, newly developed to offer an environmentally
favorable material for the manufacturers of plastisols. DIANAL LP-series do not contain halogen atoms, and no dehydrohalogenation occurs during baking or incineration.
Acrylic plastisols can be produced by the same production line as PVC plastisols. Acrylic plastisols and its products can be disposed by incineration without pre-dehalogenation process, making it possible to cut down the costs for recycling and disposal of products and waste.

  • Advantages of Acrylic Plastisols
Requires less heat than PVC plastisols for gelling. (Lower temperature or shorter time.)
Thermally stable. (No thermal decomposition at high temperatures.)
UV and weather resistant. (No stabilizer has to be added to the paste.)
Lower density than PVC. (Lightweight material)
  • Applications of Acrylic Plastisols
DIANAL® LP-series can offer non-PVC plastisols for screen printing ink systems.
Non-phthalate plasticizer are available for acrylic plastisols as well as phthalate plasticizers.
  • Features of DIANAL LP
DIANAL® LP is a powdery resin of alkyl methacrylate copolymer.
